Some core principles guide my day to day decisions. I call these my values:

  • Integrity: I believe that integrity starts with "I," so I prioritize honesty and ethical behavior in everything I do.
  • Innovation: I embrace innovation by continually challenging boundaries in small ways to develop new solutions.
  • ResilienceThis mindset enables me to overcome obstacles and emerge stronger.
  • Professionalism: I strive for diligence and respect in every interaction.
  • Leadership: I aim to inspire others through vision, empathy, and accountability.
  • Excellence: As Will Durant said, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” This principle guides my life.
  • Simplicity: Recognizing life's complexities, I focus on simplifying my reasoning, approaches, and processes, particularly when faced with unexpected challenges.
