Dapo’s influence extends beyond technology into strategic advisory roles. He has contributed to the Prairie Centre for Excellence in Mentoring, demonstrating his commitment to improving mentorship programs and supporting immigrant success through quality guidance. At Windmill Microlending, he serves on the Client Success and Growth Committee, further contributing to the success of immigrants through strategic insights and operational support. Additionally, at Momentum Community Economic Development Society, he serves on the Strategic Planning, Finance, and Technology Training Advisory committees, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s future.
Dapo holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University, where his leadership excellence earned him the prestigious Royal Roads University Founders' Award in 2018. As a current doctoral student at the same institution, he was honored with the Doctoral Entrance Award in 2024, underscoring his promise in advancing theory and practice. He has served on the boards of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Nigeria as Vice-President of Administration and Communication, and Heritage Christian Academy (HCA) Calgary as Technology Chair.
